Over the course of two Saturday mornings, April 2 & 9, 2011, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the Westside Extension program at West Los Angeles College in Culver City will present a course entitled “Homeowners Association Law and Management."

COURSE INSTRUCTOR: Jeanne H. McDonald is a practicing attorney with 18 years of experience in all aspects of representing homeowners associations.

COURSE DESCRIPTION: A course for property managers, owners, board members, and professionals and anyone else involved with homeowners associations. The course objective is to gain an overall understanding of the unique legal and practical aspects of homeowner association ownership and management, with a focus on rules, collections, meetings and voting, maintenance and repairs, and Board obligations. This course is designed to help you run an association efficiently and in compliance with applicable laws.
